A “huge help” from the start.

Endoscopy on Clarence, one of New Zealand’s newest endoscopy facilities, has been committed to providing exceptional care to its patients. As part of ensuring they could offer the best possible services, the clinic partnered with YesMedical, who supported them through the clinic's opening and continue to supply them with everything they need. Stuart, the Associate Charge Nurse, was there from the very beginning, working with YesMedical to make sure the clinic was fully equipped.

“I’ve been here since February 2024, right before we opened,” Stuart says. “I was heavily involved in setting up the clinic with Mariana, the Charge Nurse, and getting everything ready. It makes ordering even faster and smoother.”

And it’s not just the ordering system that’s impressed Stuart. He’s also quick to highlight the excellent customer service that YesMedical provides. “The customer service team is fantastic,” he says. “If there’s ever an issue or a backorder, I can reach out to them, and they’ll pass it along to our medical rep. And that brings me to the rep – our YesMedical rep is amazing. He’s always available. I’m pretty sure he’s on call 24/7, even though I know he’s not! He’s always there, ready to help, and he’s never let us down.”
