A “huge help” from the start.

Endoscopy on Clarence, one of New Zealand’s newest endoscopy facilities, has been committed to providing exceptional care to its patients. As part of ensuring they could offer the best possible services, the clinic partnered with YesMedical, who supported them through the clinic's opening and continue to supply them with everything they need. Stuart, the Associate Charge Nurse, was there from the very beginning, working with YesMedical to make sure the clinic was fully equipped.

“I’ve been here since February 2024, right before we opened,” Stuart says. “I was heavily involved in setting up the clinic with Mariana, the Charge Nurse, and getting everything ready. When it came to medical supplies, YesMedical was a huge help in ensuring we had everything we needed, right from the start. And I’m talking about even products they don’t normally stock — they were able to source and supply those for us, which was incredible.”

Why Stuart says Rappid has been a “lifesaver” for their clinic.

One aspect that’s really stood out to Stuart is the Rappid Ordering System provided by YesMedical. With the clinic’s busy and varied environment, the ability to quickly order supplies has saved a tremendous amount of time. “I used to work at a different facility, where we had a dedicated storeperson, but here we don’t have that luxury,” Stuart recalls. “So having the Rappid Ordering System has been a lifesaver. It saves us so much time. I can order quickly, track our stock, and get on with other aspects of my job. It’s a game-changer for us.”

In fact, Stuart mentions that he couldn't imagine going back to any other system: “We’ve always had Rappid here, and I wouldn't want to go back to anything else. It works so well for us. Stuart is also appreciative of the customisation options available with Rappid Ordering. “YesMedical made sure that the Rappid System was set up exactly how we needed it,” he says. “When we get new products in, they’re able to add them to the system and organise them in a way that’s easy to find. It makes ordering even faster and smoother.”

And it’s not just the ordering system that’s impressed Stuart. He’s also quick to highlight the excellent customer service that YesMedical provides. “The customer service team is fantastic,” he says. “If there’s ever an issue or a backorder, I can reach out to them, and they’ll pass it along to our medical rep. And that brings me to the rep – our YesMedical rep is amazing. He’s always available. I’m pretty sure he’s on call 24/7, even though I know he’s not! He’s always there, ready to help, and he’s never let us down.”
