Designed for use with pureed and minced and moist foods (IDDSI Levels 4 and 5), Shape It Moulds help create texture-modified meals that have the same shape, smell and taste as unmodified food.
Shape It Moulds are easy to use, too – just mix the minced or pureed food with Shape It Powder, pour the mixture into a mould, and leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
The small footprints and even heights of the portions help moulded food reheat without becoming crusty and brittle, and keep meal plates from becoming overcrowded or intimidating.
