DESCRIPTION

  • Glycerol Suppositories for children may provide gentle fast acting relief from occasional constipation, by producing bowel movements, usually within 15 - 60 minutes of using the suppository. This is brought about because of the presence of Glycerol, which because of its osmotic nature draws water into the stools.
  • Keep suppositories in a cool dark place below 25°C.
  • Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Please contact your healthcare professional of symptoms persist. This medicine may not be right for you. 

INGREDIENTS

  • Petrus Glycerol Suppositories 1.4g for Children.

USAGE DIRECTIONS

  • For children between 1 and 12 years of age.
  • Insert one suppository, well up in the rectum and allow to remain for 15-30 minutes. Lubricate the tip of the suppository with water or water soluble lubricating gel to make insertion easier.
