  • Containing pure D-mannose a single UroFem tablet contains the goodness of 3 kilograms of cranberry-containing tablets. 
  • D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar that bacteria attach to in the bladder.  When we empty the bladder, these bacteria and the UroFem are flushed out.
  • UroFem contains 1000mg of d-mannose per tablet. 
  • Available in a pack of 50 tablets 
  • Take up to 3 per day as a dietary supplement
