Before partnering with YesMed, MataMata Medical Centre was doing its best to manage day-to-day operations but the team were flying blind.

Custom Shelving

Then came the custom shelving system, designed around the clinic’s workflow.

“The shelving system YesMed put in allowed visual line of sight of stock so we could quickly and easily see what was required. The labelling shows what we should have, which saves time on counting.”

And while the improvements were significant, the transition wasn’t disruptive.

“We didn’t do a big change here. The storeroom is still the storeroom. The shelves just have stock on them — albeit $15,000 less of it.”

A quiet transformation behind the scenes
